Gwadar (Commerce Desk): Port activities at Gwadar Port are gaining momentum, as another cargo vessel carrying a large quantity of goods has arrived, signaling increased trade activity.
Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Muhammad Junaid Anwar Chaudhry stated that the cargo ship brought thousands of metric tons of goods to Gwadar, reflecting the port’s growing importance.
He added that business activities at Gwadar Port are accelerating, while confidence among international shipping companies is also being restored, which is a positive sign for the national economy.
According to the minister, the continuous increase in cargo ship arrivals is further enhancing Gwadar’s significance in the region. The government is also taking steps to modernize and improve the port system for greater efficiency.
He reaffirmed the commitment to providing full facilities to investors and shipping companies, aiming to develop Gwadar Port into a key regional trade hub and elevate it to international standards.
