According to Iranian media, a senior official, speaking on condition of anonymity, stated that various regional countries and mediators had offered proposals to Iran regarding a ceasefire, to which Iran responded with its own clear conditions.

The official outlined Iran’s conditions as follows:

  1. Clear and enforceable guarantees that the war will not resume.
  2. Closure of U.S. military bases in the region.
  3. Withdrawal of aggressor forces and compensation to Iran for war damages.
  4. Complete cessation of hostilities across all regional fronts.
