Tehran (Monitoring Desk): The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has appointed Brigadier General Hossein Mohebbi as its new spokesperson following the martyrdom of Ali Mohammad in an airstrike.
According to media reports, the appointment has been made in view of the current situation. The new spokesperson has previously served as an official representative in the organization’s media and communications affairs.
The decision was formally approved through a directive signed by Abdollah Haji Sadeghi, who serves as the Supreme Leader’s representative within the IRGC.
Officials stated that the new appointment aims to further strengthen the organization’s communication system.
