Karachi (Commerce Desk) – Mari Energies has informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange that a new phase of increased gas production has begun in the country.
According to the company’s letter, agreements have been signed for better gas supply to the country’s three largest fertilizer companies, while strategic agreements will remove obstacles in the gas pipeline network.
It was further stated that compression systems will be installed at various locations to improve gas pressure, ensuring a consistent supply of local gas at the required pressure to fertilizer plants.
Additionally, a pressure enhancement facility program has been launched from the Mari gas field to support nationwide urea production, aimed at stabilizing and increasing overall output.
