Mumbai (Showbiz Desk): Veteran Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor has revealed that turning down a brief role in the second installment of the film Dhurandhar 2 was a decision he now considers a loss.
Speaking to Indian media, the 69-year-old actor said filmmaker Aditya Dhar had approached him with an offer to play a short role in the sequel. The film is reportedly based on a gang war story set in the Lyari area of Karachi.
According to Anil Kapoor, he liked the offer and was interested in the role, but due to his busy schedule and lack of time, he was unable to become part of the project.
He added that Aditya Dhar had personally approached him and hoped he would appear in a small role in the film, but circumstances prevented him from accepting the offer.
Responding to another question, Anil Kapoor said that the secret behind his long-standing success is not just talent but also professional integrity and honoring commitments, principles he always prioritizes in his work.
