ATC Issues Non-Bailable Warrants Against PTI Founder’s Lawyer Fatahullah Burki

Islamabad (Pakistan News) – The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has issued non-bailable warrants against Fatahullah Burki, lawyer of PTI founder, ordering his arrest and presentation before the court.

According to private TV reports, the decision was made during the hearing of a case involving the assault on Khawar Maneka, in which Zahid Bashir Dar, Ansar Kiani, and other accused appeared before the court. PTI lawyers, including advocate Komal Jadun, were also present.

The case, registered at Secretariat Police Station, alleges that PTI lawyers were involved in the assault on Khawar Maneka. The hearing was presided over by ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Supra.
