Islamabad (Pakistan News): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held a telephonic conversation with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, discussing ongoing efforts for global and regional peace and stability. The Prime Minister also expressed Pakistan’s full solidarity with Saudi Arabia.
According to Saudi media, both leaders expressed concern over security threats in the region and reaffirmed their commitment to mutual cooperation during challenging times. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stated that Pakistan is ready to host meaningful negotiations to resolve the ongoing crisis and considers it an honor.
He further emphasized that Pakistan welcomes continued efforts for peace in the Middle East and is prepared to facilitate a comprehensive settlement, contingent on the consent of both the U.S. and Iran, to promote peace and stability in the region and globally.
