Karachi (Pakistan Khabar): The Sindh government has activated a Public Complaint Cell at the Chief Minister Secretariat in Karachi to ensure prompt resolution of citizens’ grievances.
The cell has assigned duties to ministers, advisors, and spokespersons so that residents can directly present their issues to government representatives and receive immediate relief. The cell will operate from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a daily schedule of various officials on duty.
The assigned schedule includes senior provincial ministers Sharjeel Inam Memon, Local Government Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, Saeed Ghani, and Dr. Azra Fazal Pechuho, while the Mayor of Karachi and other key officials and spokespersons will also perform duties.
The Sindh government has introduced a monitoring system to ensure timely resolution of complaints, enabling an open-door system at the Chief Minister Secretariat for the swift redressal of citizens’ issues.
